DELIVERY RATES

We deliver standard parcels free of shipping costs from a minimum order value of 79€ in Greece.

If you order bulky items, shipped in oversize parcels, it must be sent via bulk forwarding to your destination. The shipping costs are always asked at the forwarding company. We will personally inform you about the specific shipping costs.

Please note that in the process of calculating the shipping costs we don’t include any taxes and custom tariffs. You will get an invoice with the taxes directly from your customs office. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to track a parcel of bulk packages automatically! But we are able to ask the forwarding company directly for the status of your parcel, please contact us via phone or E-Mail for this.

DELIVERY TIMES

All the items „In stock “are shipped on the same day they were ordered if the order is placed before 12 a.m. The parcel will arrivein one or two days after you placed the order, if the delivery address is inside of Greece.

The expected delivery time is displayed under the price of the products that aren’t „In stock“. As soon as you placed an order, you will be informed via E-Mail about the estimated delivery date.

Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated in yourcart.

For international orders or bulky items orders we will inform you personally about the specific shipping costs.
